Accessibility statement

Sensepeek AB wants everyone to be able to use sensepeek.com, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, screen magnification or other assistive technology.

This statement covers sensepeek.com, including the web shop, the checkout and the withdrawal function (“Cancel purchase”). It describes how accessible the website is, what we know does not work yet, and how you can get help.

We publish this statement voluntarily. Sensepeek AB is a microenterprise. The accessibility requirements that the Swedish Act on the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services (lag 2023:254) sets for e-commerce services therefore do not apply to our web shop, and we are not required to publish this statement. We publish it to be open about how accessible our website is, and we work towards the same standard that the law uses.

Our target is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, the level used in the European standard for accessible websites.

The website partially meets this target. Most of it works with a keyboard, a screen reader and the “reduce motion” setting of your device. The problems we know of are listed below.

Content from other providers

Some parts of the website come from other providers. We cannot fix problems in them ourselves, but we will help you in another way, see below. Each provider describes its own accessibility:

• The payment page: our payment provider Nexi (Nets Denmark A/S), see its accessibility statement for the checkout.

Our own documents

• Some user guides and other documents are PDF files that may not be fully accessible.

We have fixed the problems that our own review found. On 29 September 2026 we fixed, among other things, keyboard focus, the menus, moving content, the currency selector, the dimension switcher and the texts that screen readers read out. On 1 October 2026 we fixed the Tab order in the mobile menu when a submenu is open, and the fade of the answers in a list of questions when your device asks for reduced motion.

We check the website again when we change it and when the rules change, and at least once a year. We update this statement when we find or fix a problem.

If something on our website does not work for you, contact us. We can help you in another way, for example:

• take your order by email or phone,
• send you product information, prices and terms as plain text or in large print,
• help you through the checkout, or register a withdrawal for you.

Tell us which page it is about, what you tried to do, and which device, browser and assistive technology you use, if you know. We reply as soon as we can.

On sensepeek.com you can read about our products, compare them and buy them. You add products to the cart, go to the checkout, enter your email address and delivery address, choose a delivery method and a payment method, and place the order. You buy as a guest; there are no customer accounts. You pay through our payment provider Nexi by card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or, as a company with a valid EU VAT number, by invoice. You receive an order confirmation by email, and another email with the tracking number when your order ships. If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase with Cancel purchase at the bottom of every page, or by emailing us.

This statement is based on our own assessment. The website’s code and templates were reviewed against WCAG 2.1 level AA in September 2026, after the website was handed over to us by the agency that built it. The fixes were checked with a keyboard and with automated tests in a browser, at desktop and mobile screen sizes. They have not yet been tested with a screen reader.

The statement was first prepared on 28 September 2026. This version, 2.0, is of 8 October 2026. We update it when a problem is fixed and when we make larger changes to the website, and review it at least once a year.
