Order in the web shop
Business customers can pay with every payment method in the checkout, for example by card. Business customers in the EU with a valid VAT number can also pay by invoice. Enter your order reference in the checkout, for example your purchase order number: whatever the payment method, it is shown on the packing slip and on the invoice or receipt.
Paying by invoice. The payment terms are 14 days net. If your company cannot pay within 14 days, for example because of internal approval processes, we charge interest and a delay fee for the late payment (see Terms and conditions, section 23). In that case we recommend paying by card.
Quotes and purchase orders by email
We handle quotes and purchase orders for business customers in the EU. If you are a consumer, or your company is outside the EU, please order in the web shop or from one of our resellers.
Send your request to sales@sensepeek.com, with:
- company name and VAT number;
- billing address, and the email address for the invoice;
- delivery address, contact person and phone number;
- your purchase order number;
- article numbers and quantities.
Prices
A quote has the same prices as the web shop, in EUR, and is valid for 30 days. We do not give discounts. Shipping and VAT are added as in the checkout. Your purchase order number is shown on the packing slip and on the invoice. Our Terms and conditions apply to orders by email and to quotes, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
