Sensepeek invests in solar power in Skåne
Sensepeek now owns a share of a solar park in Skåne, the region in southern Sweden where we develop and produce our products. The ground-mounted park at Björkeröd outside Höganäs has 1,988 panels and an installed capacity of 1,130 kWp.
A park instead of our own roof
Our own roof could not take solar panels. So in December 2023 we invested, together with other investors, in a company formed to own solar power. In October 2024 that company acquired the park at Björkeröd, which was completed in 2023.

Renewable electricity close to home
The park delivers its electricity to the grid in electricity area SE4, the same area as our offices in Vellinge and our facility in Skurup. For a company that develops and builds its products here, it is a practical way to take part in renewable electricity production close to home.
