Sensepeek develops OEM probes, handsfree probing systems and device-under-test solutions for test and measurement manufacturers, from specification to series production. Each solution is engineered around the instrument’s input characteristics, operating ranges, connector interface and mechanical requirements, with performance verified on the actual instrument. Proven probe platforms provide a foundation for custom bandwidth, attenuation, compensation, mechanics and branding. Technical acceptance criteria are agreed before development, covering electrical performance, mechanical function and the requirements of the intended markets. Magnetic handsfree positioning and modular fixtures can be integrated to hold the device under test and keep probes on the measurement points while the engineer operates the instrument. Safety, compliance, labelling and user documentation are considered from the start, with independent testing where applicable. Every probe is electrically and functionally tested against defined production limits before shipment, supported by individual serial numbers and production batch traceability. Measurement data and customer access through Probe Cloud can form part of the solution. Controlled documentation supports technical approval and supplier qualification, while prototype development, validation and pilot production establish a repeatable process for series deliveries.
