In an EEVblog mailbag video, Dave Jones unpacks a PCBite kit with four SP200 handsfree oscilloscope probes. He has used the PCBite holders for years; this time he compensates the probes on his oscilloscope, puts them on fine-pitch pins and measures with his hands free.
The SP200 that Dave tests has since been replaced by the SQ200. It works the same way, with an insulated design rated CAT II 300 V and further mechanical and electrical improvements. Spare parts for the SP200 are still available. See all our handsfree oscilloscope probes.
