High-frequency probes

PCBite SQG-series GHz probes from Sensepeek, the inventors of handsfree probing, are high-frequency RF probes designed for precise PCB probing of RF, microwave and high-speed digital signals up to 6 GHz, without soldering or complex fixtures. With exceptionally low probe tip capacitance, 0.35 pF typical, these 10:1 low impedance probes minimize loading and distortion, preserving signal integrity in RF circuits and high-speed digital interfaces with data rates up to 12 Gbps. Available in AC and DC coupled versions, the SQG series supports DC-biased data streams and GHz-range measurements in applications such as RF front-ends, USB, HDMI and SATA. The 1.5 GHz SQG probes feature BNC connectors for oscilloscopes with a 50 Ω input, while the 3 GHz and 6 GHz probes use SMA connectors for instruments such as vector network analyzers (VNA), spectrum analyzers and sampling oscilloscopes. Each probe is individually serial-numbered, with measured S-parameters available for download, and the flat frequency response gives accurate and repeatable results straight out of the box.
