DC-coupled SQG handsfree probes measure the complete signal from 0 Hz up to 6 GHz, so the DC level, the edges and the RF content are captured together directly on the PCB. With no DC block in the signal path, the waveform keeps its true offset, which matters for logic levels, pulse amplitude and settling on clocks, data lines and RF front-ends. The SQG15-DC, SQG30-DC and SQG60-DC reach 1.5 GHz, 3 GHz and 6 GHz, with transition times below 190 ps, 103 ps and 52 ps and usable data rates up to 3 Gbps, 6 Gbps and 12 Gbps at the fundamental. The response stays flat within ±0.5 dB from DC to 1.5 GHz, 2.7 GHz and 5.2 GHz, so amplitude readings hold across the band. These 10:1 low impedance probes have a tip impedance of 500 Ω (333 Ω on the SQG60-DC) that also applies at DC, so they suit low impedance nodes such as 50 Ω lines, terminated outputs and supply rails. Continuous input is rated to 16.4 V RMS, 15.2 V RMS and 13.0 V RMS for the three models. With a typical tip capacitance of 0.35 pF, the probe adds very little loading at GHz frequencies. Connect them to oscilloscopes, network analyzers and other instruments with a 50 Ω input, with BNC on the SQG15-DC and SMA on the SQG30-DC and SQG60-DC. Each probe carries a serial number (SPID) linked to its own measured S-parameters, which can be downloaded for simulation or de-embedding. In a PCBite holder, the probe stays on the test point through long captures, with no soldered wires or fixtures.
