Introduction

Four small magnetic surfaces for your PCBite setup. Place a handsfree probe, the magnifier or a small PCB where you need it, on the bench or mounted on a wall, shelf or fixture.

A set of four round PCBite base plates, each 80 mm (3.15 in) in diameter. Every plate gives a small magnetic surface for a handsfree probe, the magnifier or a small PCB in PCBite holders, wherever a full base plate would take up too much room.

Through-holes in each plate let you mount it on a wall, shelf or fixture, so a handsfree probe can be placed exactly where it is needed, also away from the bench. Three rubber feet per plate keep it stable when it stands on the bench.

The plates have a durable powder-coated finish instead of the insulation cover used on the PCBite kit base plates. All PCBite holders, handsfree probes and accessories attach to the magnetic surface. Off the bench, each plate also works as a sturdy coaster for your favorite drink.

Four plates and 12 rubber feet are included. Screws and fixtures for wall mounting are not included.

MOUNTING

Take the probe off the bench.

Screw a plate to a test fixture, rack or enclosure, and the handsfree probe stays right at the measurement point. Ideal for test stations and setups that are used again and again.

Between measurements, any of the plates doubles as a coaster for your coffee. The rubber feet keep it steady on the desk, and the powder-coated surface wipes clean after every cup.
