Introduction

Provides a convenient ground connection to a component lead or other accessible ground point. Used with the 5 cm (1.97 in) or 10 cm (3.94 in) jumper ground lead, it supports measurements up to approximately 15 MHz. For safe operation, keep the measured signal within ±60 V DC, 30 V AC RMS or ±42.4 V peak.

A set of ground connections for PCBite probes, for test points where no ground pad sits close to the signal. All parts use 2.54 mm (0.100 in) jumper connectors, often called Dupont connectors, and plug directly onto the probe.

Two test hooks grip component leads and test pins, and two alligator clip cables reach larger ground points such as connector shields and mounting holes. Five 5 mm ground clips with Dupont connectors complete the set.

The short Dupont ground leads, two of 5 cm (2 in) and two of 10 cm (4 in), also connect two PCBite probes to each other. Place an SQ10 or SP10 on a ground point as a flying ground for an SQ100 to SQ500 oscilloscope probe, or connect two SP10 probes to link two points on the board, for example to simulate a button press.

Combines an alligator clip with a jumper connection for grounding to a wire, connector shell or chassis when a nearby ground point is not available. Supports measurements up to approximately 15 MHz. For safe operation, keep the measured signal within ±60 V DC, 30 V AC RMS or ±42.4 V peak.
